This policy explains what happens to the personal information you share with Jude Gibbs ("I", "me") through this website, by phone, or by email.
When you submit the booking or enquiry form, I collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell me about your health or the treatment you're interested in. I only ask for what I need to get back to you and plan your consultation.
Form submissions are sent directly to my email inbox via Netlify Forms so I can respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and - if you go ahead - plan and deliver your treatment. I don't sell or share your details with third parties, and I don't use them for marketing unless you've separately agreed to that (for example, following me on social media).
Client health information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for continuity of care and my professional record-keeping obligations. If you'd like your details removed, just ask.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you at any time. Contact me using the details on the Contact page and I'll deal with it directly.
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Netlify, the hosting provider, may set essential cookies required for the form and site to function.
